RTR Productions understands that plans are sometimes fluid and things such as bad weather can effect or cancel your event. As such we have designed a cancellation policy that reflects the costs associated with planning your event at the below times:
Cancellation less than 48 hours before event – 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation less than 7 business days before event – 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation greater than 7 business days before event – 10% cancellation fee
If your event may be effected by weather or any other reason please speak to our team as we can design a solution and back up plan to ensure your event can proceed.
