CASE STUDY 1 – WHITE NIGHT
The production team at White Night Melbourne (WNM) came to RTR Productions looking to engage an audio visual professional that could design and manage entire sites to alleviate involvement from their team.
RTR Productions designed and proposed a number of stage, audio, lighting and visual solutions for different sites across the event and presented them in conjunction with the internal WNM team to Artistic Director Andrew Walsh. Design, functionality, safety and budget were the major considerations.
RTR Productions provide Event Design and Technical Production for 5 major sites at White Night Melbourne. The event attracts 700,000 attendees over 12 hours
CASE STUDY 2 – BEERFEST
The Melbourne Beer Fest is run in March every year and is a showcase of various award winning craft beers that attracts over 50,000 nationally each year.
The RTR Productions team collaborated with the BeerFest management to make sure the festival entertainment had quality staging and audio visual equipment.
CASE STUDY 3 – FATBOY SLIM
RTR productions were contacted to organize the design and production of a large concert on the beach for international artist Fat Boy Slim with over 250,000 attendees. The Australia day concert in windy St Kilda location required a high wind graded structure to withstand the unpredictable weather.
The solution was built using the highest wind rated tri truss and was built with limited bump in time to meet the clients needs.
