ID Process

RTR Productions have an ID process for first time hirers and those that have not completed the ID process prior, to be eligible to hire from RTR Productions the person collecting the goods must complete our ID process and sign a hire contract at the time of hire. For first time customers or those who haven’t completed the process prior the sign up takes about 10 minutes so please allow time when planning your pick up.

Each new customer will be requested to complete our hire application form and provide the following identification, please note all identification and documents must be in the name of the person collecting and signing for the hire.

1) Photo ID can be either
          – Australian Drivers Licence
          – Proof of Age card
          – Passport

2) Proof of address
          – Official documentation addressed to the hirer at their current address. Must be less than 3 months old. Examples (Utilities bill, phone bill, bank statement)

3) Credit Card
          – Australian issued Credit Card (Not debit card)


4) Debit Cards & Deposit
          – In the event the hirer does not have a credit card, a debit card can be used for ID purposes and a security deposit will be required. The security deposit is calculated as one full days hire, with a minimum of deposit of $200.
